Event Logistics Services Include:

  • Collaborating with you to create meeting specifications that include insightful menu details, room set-ups, meeting room assignments, head counts and event timelines
  • Sourcing and coordination of third party vendors, including audiovisual, ground transportation, interpreters, printers, florists, caterers, decorators and offsite venues
  • Managing speakers, special guests and artists
  • Acting as the main point of contact to assist exhibitors with any needs prior to the event, including exhibitor kits, relevant due dates and shipping/logistics information, or working with drayage provider
  • Collecting and reviewing final venue and vendor invoices
